KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Syed Mustafa Kamal has on Friday established student wing of his party’s.
“We are setting up Student Federation of Pakistan (SFP) considering majority in Pakistan is young,” Kamal told the media persons while announcing his party’s Youth Body.
He lamented that Karachi would once rank No 1 in education, but the city had now dropped to 45h position in overall education ranking in the country.
“I will personally look after the affairs of the student wing,” he said, adding that Pakistan’s future lies in hands of country’s passionate youth.
He said that the SPF would comprise of 34 members with Muneeb ul Taheed its General Secretary.
Kamal said that 50 percent of the people who had joined the PSP were new entrants. “We have to stop our young generation becoming ignorant,” he said.
The former Karachi mayor hoped that PSP would stage a massive public gathering.
