Indian troops brought firing into play to unprovoked firing across the LoC in Nakyal sector, reported ISPR.

“Pakistani troops effectively responded and targeted Indian posts,” ISPR added.

While firing, the reports suggested that, there were several students of NGO ‘Muslim Hands International’ in the van when the Indian troops opened fire.

Asad, the driver of the school van died at the spot.

A month ago, three Pakistan Army soldiers killed during an exchange of fire with Indian security forces on LoC, said ISPR. The people who martyred were twelve, among them three were soldiers, nine civilians and several woman and children injured as a result of Indian troops unprovoked shelling on November 23, at the LoC.

A coaster bearing a number MDAKJ-3866 attacked by Indian mortar shells while it was going to Kel from Muzaffarabad near Lawat Kanari Bala, some 100 kilometres away from Muzaffarabad, according to police.

This Indian Army action provoked Pakistan Army to retaliate, the military media wing claimed to have killed seven Indian soldiers during the fight on LoC. The soldiers who killed during the exchange of fire were Captain Taimoor Ali, Havaldar Mushtaq Hussain and Lance Naik Ghulam Hussain.
