Second Test: Australia vs South Africa live streaming

HOBART: After an historic win in the first Test at WACA, buoyant South Africa will take on under-performing Australia in the second Test of the three-match series at  Hobart, commencing from today.

The match is scheduled to begin at 10:30 local time | 23:30 GMT | 04:00 PKT.

The South African win at WACA was to some extend not that surprising because they have been unbeaten on this venue since last three Tests. They have also not lost any series in Australia since 2004-05.

But, Australia losing the beginning Test of the series was the real cause of concern as this was first time since 1988.

Last time Australia won a home series after losing the first Test was in 1968, when Bill Lawry’s men staged a comeback against West Indies.

Above all, The Hobart may prove a fat-changer for Aussies as this would be first ever appearance of South Africa on this venue for a red ball contest. And they will be coming here, without their skipper AB de Villiers and the paceman Dale Steyn.

Both Steyn and AB made their debuts together against England in Port Elizabeth in December 2004 and this will be the first time since then that South Africa have entered a Test with neither man in the XI.
