Six politicians and their surprising educational backgrounds

As being always part of our discussion and majorly being criticized for what they have done to Pakistan, one will be quite surprised to know the educational backgrounds of these Paksitani politicians.

Altaf Hussain

Altaf Hussain was a pharmacist before a politician. He is an alumni of Karachi University and holds Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. He has even worked with a reputed hospital and pharmaceutical companies.

Khursheed Shah

He is Masters in History, and has done LLB from Government Islamia Science College Sukkur.

Pervaiz Musharraf

A student of Forman Christian College Lahore, Musharraf is said to be exceptional at mathematics, in which he also did his major. He also had an intense interest in economics.

Asif Ali Zardari

Zardari acquired his early education from Karachi School of Grammar and then did graduation from Cadet College, Petaro (allegedly). He himself claims to have graduated from the London School of Business Studies with a bachelor of education degree.

Hina Rabbani Khar

The former Foreign Minister Hina did her Bachelors degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Later, she went to U.S.A to receive her Masters in Management Sciences degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Aitzaz Ahsan

Aitzaz Ahsan went to Atchison and was then transferred to Government College University (GCU), where he studied law. He is a graduate degree with BA degree. He also attended University to study Law further and then went to Downing College where he culminated Law Tripos and won degrees of BA and MA. Upon graduating, Ahsan was called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn.
