You kick off your day as soon as you wake up
This is one of the biggest morning mistakes you make. You are 5 minutes late and you jump out of your bed and rush to washroom. But experts explain that when you wake up in morning your body has remained inactive for long time so it requires to be pulled back slowly and gradually. When you hit the ground as soon as you wake up, it takes a toll on your back muscles.
You skip breakfast
You are in a rush and don’t feel hungry so you just skip the most important meal of your day. Or you delay it and then swallow it down right before leaving for work. This is not good because when you sleep, your metabolism slows and it needs fuel to restart.
You don’t relax in your morning routine
Morning is the time when you should keep time aside for yourself. Be relax in your morning walk, or yoga or even some breathing practicing or reading.
You get friendly with the snooze button
