This is what happens when you drink coffee after waking up

It has become a cliché now that drinking coffee as a single meal is devastating for your health. But we all are busy celebrating the benefits of coffee discovered. Here are the side effects of drinking coffee after waking up in the morning.

Since coffee is more likely a caffeine-rich food, it interacts with stomach’s strong acid

Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is present in the digestive tract of humans, and they are located at the stomach. With its interaction to a caffeine-rich coffee alone, it triggers production of more HCl’s that will strike digestive system linings and may cause disorders.

Apparently, this event will split in two ways:

One is indigestion. And another, involving evaporation of acids up to the near-heart portion

Considering this disorder, water in the body may just go onto the system. Looking at the context of passing water in the body, it will then constantly take off water from the body, causing dehydration.

There will also be something wrong to your heart beat. There can be irregular pulse rate, thus affecting body’s blood pressure.

Not only that, there will also be psychological effects. So, with that single mistake, you can suffer as tragic as experiencing withdrawal and mood changes.

Eat something else. Or if time or resources don’t permit, make sure some dairy stuff will complement your coffee–butter, creamer, milk.
