ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif on Monday condemned the bomb blast in Tehseel Shabqadar, District Charsada, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
In a statement issued PM secretariat , Nawaz Sharif offered grief with victims of bomb blast and vowed the cut roots of terrorism from country.
He said that nation is united to fight against terrorism. Premier paid tribute to police personnel and said that they sacrifices will not went in vein.
Earlier, bomb blast has claimed lives of eight people including three police personnel. Rescue teams said that 20 people were injured.
Injured people were shifted to Shabqadar hospital for first aid treatment. Hospital administration told that few injured people are in critical situation.
Security forces arrived at site and started the search operation in area, while teams Rescue 1122 are busy in rescue operation.
Deputy Inspector General(DIG) Saeed Wazir told that it was suicide bomb blast. Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan condemned the terror activity and offered grief with victims of bomb blast.
