NEW DELHI: Indian Test Skipper Virat Kohli on Tuesday has lauded Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir for making a successful comeback to international cricket and said that Pacer is undoubtedly a world class bowler, TheNewsTribe.com learnt from Indian media.
“I’m happy to see Amir back and wish him all the best. He’s always been a top-class bowler. He’s worked hard and it requires courage,” Kohli said on the eve of India’s Asia Cup T20 opener against hosts Bangladesh.
Amir, 23, returned to play for Pakistan and did well against New Zealand even though he had to deal with some unkind gestures from the crowds Down Under. Amir will now be seen in action at the Asia Cup T20. Pakistan open their campaign against India on Saturday.
