Effective home remedies to prevent stomach pain

Are you often bothered with stomach pain? You need to know first that stomach pain occur out of indigestion. When the food you have eaten is not digested properly, it produces gas and toxic mucus in the stomach.

Here are the home remedies for the stomach pain,

Slice fresh ginger in to pieces; rub it in rock salt and lemon juice. Dry it in sun shade and keep bottled. Eat 1 piece each after every meal. This is the best remedy to improve the digestion, reduce pain and gas.

Stomach pain due to acidity with gas

– Black Raisins 20 Nos.

– Jeshtimadhu Powder ½ Tsp.

– Amla Powder 1 Tsp.

– Cumin Seed Powder ½ Tsp.

– Fennel Seed Powder ½ Tsp.

– Dry Ginger Powder ¼ Tsp.

– Cardamom Powder ¼ Tsp.

Mix them to the water, mentioned in (1) and drink twice a day.

Acidity and burning

20 black resins soaked in 1 glass of water and smash it in the morning and drink on empty stomach. This reduces heat and thus reduce acidity effectively.

Pain with diarrhea and dysentery

– 1 glass fresh buttermilk with 1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder.

– 1 cup pomegranate juice twice daily relieve from pain and also stops diarrhea.
