PESHAWAR: Police and Law Enforcement Agencies on Saturday morning has conducted a search operation in Pahari Poora, site in Peshawar, District of Khyber PakhtunKhwa, Pakistan.
According to details, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) has detained at least 70 people in the operation including 17 Afghan nationals.
All the suspects have been shifted to unknown place for further investigations.
Police spokesman told media that lethal weapons and ammunitions have been recovered from the possession of suspects.
This operation was conducted on information provided by the intelligence agencies on presence of Taliban’s suspects.
All the entering and exit points had been closed during the search operation.
