PTA to ban Afghan SIMs in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) wrote a letter to Aghan government over the issue of illegal Afghan SIMs in Pakistan, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to initial reports, PTA will sign agreement with Government of Afghanistan and after the agreement all the Afghan SIMs will be banned in Pakistan.

Pakistan took this step to avoid terror activities in Pakistan. Sources told that towers near Pak-Afghan border provide the signals.

It is important to mention here that earlier on Wednesday, almost at 9: 30 am today, a group of terrorist attacked Bacha Khan University Saddar campus in Charsada.

At least twenty people, one of which was identified as a chemistry professor, has embraced martyrdom in the attack. Other dead were supposed to be university students and security guards.
