Punjab police arrested eight suspect in gang-rape case, says Rana Sanaullah | TheNewsTribe.com

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah claimed that eight nominated suspects of gang-rape was arrested by the Pujab police, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

While addressing a press conference, he claimed that police started the investigation and arrested eight persons nominated by the victim’s family members in First Information Report (FIR).

Earlier, Khadim-e-Aala has directed this to know whether senior (PML-N) leader Rana Mashood is trying to  interfere or affect the case or not, he further told that he want to investigate the culprits himself to gather the information.

Suprintendent Police (SP) investigation team will present the culprits in front of CM Punjab.

In a statement to Police The family members of the 14-year-old girl said that the prime suspect Adnan Sanaullah is a close aide of provincial minister Rana Mashood.

Meanwhile, Mashhood denied any connection with Adnan Sanaullah, saying he doesn’t recognize such name.

It is to be kept in mind that a girl, 15 year old Beenish was gang raped at mall road, Lahore by ten people and up to the latest reports all the suspects involved in the incident have been arrested.
