KARACHI: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Ismail expressed reservations over ongoing Local Bodies elections in Karachi.
Imran Ismail slammed Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for their failure in election. He claimed that ECP failed to organise a free and fair election.
“We are not satisfied with the role of Rangers,” he added.
Senior leader of Jimmat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-ur- Rehman also sounded similar to his allied PTI leader.He said the government and election commission had not given Rangers due powers to take action against culprits.
PTI’s leader Ali Zaidi also criticize ECP over incompetence. While addressing a press conference along with leaders of Jimmat-e-Islami, he said that ECP ignored the applications submitted by PTI.
