NEW DELHI: Indian media on Thursday has claimed that Indian government has given green signal to Baoard of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for Pak-India series in Sri Lanka.
According to details, Series likely to be held from December 15 onwards.
Earlier today, Prime minister of Pakistan Miyaan Mohammad Nawaz Sharif has reportedly given green signal to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to hold cricket series against India in Sri Lanka next month.
PCB sources have confirmed that the has been sorted out between government of Pakistan and PCB official regarding the series.
“Keeping security issues in mind, Pakistan should host India on neutral venue, but on its own conditions.” PM office responded to PCB’s letter.
However, final decision will be announced in board official’s meeting with PM on November 27.
Sources told TheNewsTribe.com that government has given green signal to PCB, but with the instruction that PCB should play series with India on its own conditions.
