Month of August: Bad omen for Pakistani politicians?

ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s leader Rashid Godil who has been shot at in Karachi and is between life and death situation, had hinted in his speech in parliament that his and Farooq Sattar’s life  is in danger.

While addressing parliament, Rashid Godil named Farooq Sattar to be on hit list after him. During his speech he said, he might not see month of September and may be targeted before.

While talking out side National Assembly, MQM leader stated that he feared if he could see next month and Farooq Sattar’s life is also in danger.

“I fear if I could witness month of September,” he added.

Month of the August is considered as crucial month for Pakistani politics as Imran Khan started march against rigged election in 2014 and this year, MQM decided to walk out from National Assembly. But now, month of August emerged as crucial month for politicians and famous celebrities of Pakistan.

Earlier, former Spy Master Hamid Gul passed away 15 August, 2015 and after him Shuja Khanzada embraced martyrdom in a suicidal attack while on Tuesday, four gunmen attacked on MQM leader Rashid Godil and is between life and death situation.
