Peshawar suicide bomb blast, two killed and four injured

PESHAWAR – In a suicide bomb blast, at least two policemen were killed and four others injured in Peshawar’s Hayatabad area.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mian Saeed confirmed that the attack was a suicide blast which took place near Deputy Commandant, Frontier Reserve Police (FRP) Malik Tariq’s vehicle.

Security sources said the suicide bomber was on a motorcycle. Additional Inspector General of Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) Shafqat Malik revealed that five-six kilograms of explosive material was used in the making of the bomb.



Injured people were shifted to Hayatabad medical complex, and one of them is in acritical situation.
