LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shaharyar Khan has spoken up in favor of wicket keeper cum batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed to include him Pakistan playing eleven, media reported.
Talking to news channel after first victory of Pakistan in World Cup against Zimbabwe, he supported Sarfaraz Ahmed inclusion in the team and suggested that non performing Nasir Jamsheed should be dropped.
He said that with inclusion of good batsman, it will help making Pakistan batting line up strong.
The PCB chairman said he will take decision regarding chief selector Moin khan after meeting up with him on Monday.
It is pertinent to mention here that the PCB had called back the chief selector from Australia after Moin Khan visit to casino in Christchurch in New Zealand a head of Pakistan key match against West Indies was reported in media.
Pakistan will play its next match of World Cup against UAE on March 4.
