Pakistan defeats India after thrilling hockey match

BHUBANESWAR:  In a tough and thrilling match between arch rivals of Subcontinent  Pakistan defeated India on Saturday in second semi final of Champions Trophy 2014 by 4-3.

Arsalan Qadir has been declared player 0f the match for his two goals.

Pakistan has qualified for final of Champions Trophy Hockey after 16 years.

Earlier, Indian team got lead in very fourth minute of the match as Jandar Singh scored a goal for India and green shirts just after ten minutes level blue shirts lead and Qadir got a goal against arch rival.

In second time Pakistan able to got lead as Waqas hit a goal for his team while Pakistan lead ended when Dharamvir scored splendid goal for India.

Each and every minute both team made offensive on each other green shirts one again got lead when on a planty  corner Irfan sent ball in goal post in 49th minute of the match.

But again green shirts lead thrashed by India just after three minutes when Thimamiah scored goal for India.

Qadir scored second of his goal in 59 minutes of the match and got lead for Pakistan again.
