Yemeni Prime Minister resigns from post

SANA’A: Yemen Prime Minister Mohammed Basindawa has resigned from post as rebels captured the capital San’a on Sunday (today).

According to foreign agency reports, rebels have captured all the state buildings, including radio station in Sana’a.

For last several weeks, Houthi rebels and their supporters were protesting against government and were demanding the resignation of prime minister.

The demonstrators were peaceful till September 9 but the condition was suddenly changed in the city as security forces killed seven protesters.
