CARDIFF: India got some retribution, as world champions scored 304 runs against England in second One Day International played at Sophia Gardens.
England won the toss and invited India to bat. India once again lost two quick wickets of Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli just 19 runs on score board.
Rohit Sharma and Ajinka Rahane performed the recovery work for India to avoid complete disaster. The managed to pass 100 runs mark without giving away their wicket.
At the score of 110 runs, Rahane stumped by Jos Buttler bowled by James Tredwell after scoring 41 runs.
Rohit Sharma lost his wicket after scoring brilliant 52 runs, while Suresh Raina played outstandingly for his 100 runs.
