WASHINGTON: Family of a Pakistani student Shahzab Bajwa has sued northern Minnesota hospital United States (Hospital) and the doctor who treated him in the emergency room.
The lawsuit, filed on Shahzaib’s behalf, seeks damages in excess of $75,000 in US state Minnesota, on klukate Community Hospital and its Dr Peter Olson.
In the lawsuit it has been stated that Shahzab had not been provided with timely medical treatment and his breath not restored on time which caused continuous harm his brain.
On the other side the hospital administration and Dr Olsan refused to comment on the compensation filed by Shahzab family.
It is pertinent to mention here that Shahzab Bajwa belonged to Faisalabad faced accident on November 13 last year in US, after that he is in coma and his treatment is underway.
