DHAKA: Pakistan Eagles are all set to shackle India in the first match of super 10 round of World T20 here on March 21 at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez said his team would take inspiration from a recent victory in the Asia Cup against India but conceded that MS Dhoni’s return would bolster the Indian team.
The stadium would probably be filled with 25,000 enthusiastic spectators in today’s match.
Earlier, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 6 wickets in the warm-up match while Green Shirts faced shameful defeat against South Africa by 8 wickets in second practice match.
Pakistan will play with best two all-rounder Shahid Afridi and skipper Muhammad Hafeez who performed well in the Asia Cup.
Pakistan bowling line can give a tough time to India as it has a world class bowling attack in the squad which included the majestic spinner Saeed Ajmal, leg spinner Shahid Afridi, Yorker specialist Umar Gul and off break bowler Hafeez.
On the side, Indian batting line has been become stronger after returning of three players as skipper MS Dhoni, Twenty20 specialist Yuvraj Singh and experience batsman Suresh Raina.
