KARACHI: Bank robberies seem quite easy in Karachi as armed men looted two private banks within an hour in the financial hub of the country on Friday.
First robbery was carried out in Paposh Nagar area of Nazimabad where robbers looted Rs3.5 million and runaway from the scene safely.
SSP central said that the police was informed after one and half hour, adding that investigations were being carried that why the bank officials did not inform the police timely.
Around 30 minutes later, the second bank robbery was carried out in another private bank situated in Joharabad near Shahra-e-Pakistan where the robbers looted Rs2.5 million and fled.
Both the robberies were occurred in the district central of metropolis.
