Pakistani drone crashes near Sargodha

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Air force spokesman said on Sunday, country’s pilotless aircraft crashed near the base of Sargodha.

According air commodore Tariq Mahmood, the drone was on its routine flight in Punjab and was trying to land at a base near Chak 96 of Sargodha.

The pilotless plane got minor damages in the crash while no one was injured on the ground.

Pakistan’s military uses locally made drones for surveillance as it fights the Taliban and militant insurgency.
