Washington: If you are eyeing to buy Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 then you are in luck, as Amazon is offering considerable discount in time for Christmas.

Amazon is now offering the phablet for $149.99 with new services of $199.99 for upgrades. If you’ve been on the fence about trading in your smartphone for a phablet, there’s no better choice than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Its 5.7-inch 1080p display is large enough to make watching movies on your smartphone an enjoyable experience without feeling cramped when compared to a traditional smartphone screen. The Galaxy Note 3 is also the only phablet currently on the market that ships with a stylus and software that can transcribe your handwriting into typed text.

The S Pen works like a traditional stylus, but through the use of software Samsung has built into the Note 3 and many third party applications, you’re able to capture images, quickly jot down telephone numbers that can automatically be added to your address book, hover above messages for previews, and more.

Verizon is currently charging $299.99 for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 online and in retail stores, but a new deal from Amazon has the phablet priced at $149.99 for new service and $199.99 for upgrades.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a 5.7-inch 1080p Full HD Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 386 pixels per inch (ppi) and runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on top. It is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit (GPU) and 3GB of RAM to provide a fast and fluid user experience.

Its camera capabilities include a 13-megapixel illuminated rear camera with “smart stabilization” and a 2-megapixel front facing shooter, with both cameras able to record 1080p HD video. It has 32GB of internal storage, as well as a microSD expansion slot that will support up to 64GB microSD cards. Its wireless connectivity options consist of a 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC, and an IR blaster to turn the Note 3 into a universal remote control and also features a dedicated program guide. Samsung has packed in a large 3,200 mAh removable battery to provide long battery life.

You can order the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from Amazon for $149.99 with new service or $199.99 for upgrades. Amazon guarantees delivery before Christmas and including free shipping with the order.
