Sylvia Browne, the world famous psychic, has died at the age of 77. Browne has appeared on shows like “Montel”, “Larry King Live” and “Unsolved Mysteries”.
Her specialty was psychic detective work. She often helped with missing people cases but with quite varying results.
Browne’s son, Chris, told TMZ.com about Sylvia’s death. She passed away this morning with family and friends around in San Jose.
Browne’s official page has this message posted a few hours ago; “Sylvia graduated today. She was surrounded by family and friends. What a legacy. She shared so much. We will carry on her knowledge with hypnosis and Journey of the Soul and her many books. What a great party they must be having on the Other Side. Bless everyone.”
Browne was author by profession who claimed herself psychic and spiritual medium. She even hosted a radio show on internet, “Hay House Radio”, for an hour.
She was frequently criticized for making weird and psychic predictions that never turned out to be true. Her most outrageous predictions had been about missing persons; especially no one can forget the Amanda Berry epic episode, as Browne claimed her dead after she went missing in 2003 but Berry was alive.
