“The city would be stretched over an area of 33 kilometers,” officials sources in the provincial government said.
The billions-worth project has already been initiated and a 10-member team headed by chairman of Planning and Development Department would interview people from various fields to finalize the experts who would work on the project.

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz led provincial government has set up a separate unit to work upon the major project.
“The government is also working on formation of a comprehensive strategy to roll in foreign investment for the project,” Daily Express has reported.
In first phase, an expert team comprising Project Manager, Economist, Finace Expert, Urban Planning Manager, Transport Engineering Specialist, Water Engineering Specialist and GIS expert would be appointed.
“Interviews would be conduct to appoint the expert team and only after this formal work would be started on the project,” the sources further said.
