Samsung Galaxy Note 3 vs 2nd generation Google Nexus 7 features and more



Seoul: Search engine giant Google makes it way to introduce Google Nexus 7’s 2nd Generation but  Korean giant Samsung is planning something different as company eyeing to hit mini tablet market with its upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung is the leading smartphone maker while with the success of Galaxy Note 2 company is planning cement its place in the small size tablets with Samsung Galaxy Note 3. On the other hand Google with the great response from the people now plans to introduce 2nd generation of Google Nexus 11.

Recently we have got a hot report about the change in design of the Note 3 keeping in view of growing demanded from the Korean giant to make its product more elegant.

So the Samsung may go for aluminum material instead of using plastic material to get a classy-type of the thing on its devices. The Galaxy Note 3 could be the first device for having the classy style.

The Galaxy Note 3 is likely to be run on Samsung’s own Exynos 5 Octa processor with LTE while Nexus 7’s 2nd version will have QualComm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

As the Galaxy Note 3 will be released after the launch of Google’s next version of Android operating system, which is 5.0, the device is likely to have the Key Lime Pie version of Android. Nexus 7 tablet is likely to come with Android 4.3.

According to rumors Galaxy Note 3 has upgraded RAM up to 3 GB while its internal memory is up to 32 GB with microSD card expansion. Nexus 7 tablet is in the processing stage so the storage capacity hasn’t been decided yet.

If we consider the reports  new Note 3 is expected to come with 13 Megapixel rear and 3 Megapixel front cameras, Release Date of Galaxy Note 3 while Nexus 7 will have 5 Megapixel Rear Camera.

Though there is no release date hint from an authentic source yet, but some reports suggest that the device could be launched at IFA in Berlin to be held in August this year. So we could expect an October release of Galaxy Note 3.

Reports have suggested that Google could unveil its next generation tablet with Moto X on July 11, this evening. However, the device will hit the stores in last week of July.

Just as the case of release date, we have no authentic clue about cost of the device, but some calculation led us to a unit price up to $800 or 550 Great Britain Pound.

The analysts with an eye on Google’s pricing strategy for the devices say that Google could introduce tablet with a price up to $ 229 for 16 GB storage. The first Generation of Nexus 7 was priced at $ 199 for 16GB storage while 32GB device was priced $249.

Note 3 will have a 6 inch full HD AMOLED display while Google Nexus 7 is expected to have a 7 inch display with a 1920 x 1200 pixels.

Both companies are up for the challenge; from the above features we can expect that the devices have the capability to dominate the market.
