Karachi University girls attack Shahood Alvi with eggs, shoes over “Bol Meri Machli” role

Karachi: Though negative roles in dramas and films bring fame for the actors and actresses but sometimes they also create untoward situation for the showbiz celebrities.

Shahood Alvi, a Pakistani film and TV actor, has revealed that he has experienced a bizarre situation over his negative role in a private television drama “Bol Meri Machli” during visit of the Karachi University.

According to a local Urdu daily Naibaat, few girls of the university hurled eggs and shoes on him when he failed to satisfy them over role in the drama during question and answer session.

Alvi says actors only perform the given role and it does not mean they also have same nature or thinking.  “I tried to ensure those girls that the role has no link with my real life,” he said.

The girls did not believe me and hurled eggs and shoes on me, Ali told the daily and added the girls also followed him till parking and also damaged his vehicle.
