Shahid Afridi says ready to play at any position

Islamabad: Pakistani cricket all-rounder Shahid Afridi, who played a brilliant innings of 88 runs on 48 balls against South SAfrica in third ODI, on Monday said that he is ready to play at any number for the team.

Talking in Geo News programme, Score, Afridi said that that he was waiting for his good time and it came on the occasion of third one day international against South Africa on Sunday.

“I scored for the team when they needed but unfortunately it did not turn up in our favour,” he added.

He further said that still his main focus was on bowling and he needed to further make improvements in his bowling.
