With so many rumours are being echoed about Samsung Galaxy S4 in tech world, Apple enthusiasts are equally responding to Galaxy smartphone fans.

There are a number of rumours and wishlists about iPhone 6 as well as iPhone 5 from fans that they think Apple should consider integrating in the new device of iPhone series.

Some of the features that Apple fans wish iPhone 6 should have are as follow:

iCloud is good but More Storage is the Demand

Though after iCloud, the issues regarding storage capacity of iPhone devices have decreased yet fans need more storage to store their files and media.

An earlier post also estimated that Apple could think about introducing iPhone 6 upto 128 GB capacity. Some of fans think that 16 GB option should be finished now and the minimum storage capacity should be 32 GB.

Big Display with minimum 5 inch Screen

Another good number of fans are longing for a big display which should not be less than a 5 inch screen. With IGZO display, a 5 inch screen could be a booster for Apple fans to rejuvenate their association with their beloved company.

NFC

Now even Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is likely to have NFC (near field communication) making it imperative for Apple to enhance its device capacity regarding NFC. Though the way users use their data and the way they share their files is not at par with Apple standard, but NFC is a growing trend.

Moving away from this could be hurting for Apple fans.

Free iTune Match as Google Play is doing it

Another thing that Apple should reconsider is its way of running iTune Match because Google Play has developed a taste of free content. Running iTune with the same strategy could be a mistake as far as users are concerned.

Introducing free iTune Match with iPhone 6 will be a good start to retain the fanatic user base of Apple.

I am one of those that could not wait for iphone 5 and ended up with an SII Skyrocket. Since then I have become an outlet maniac. The screen is two big for the battery and all I do when I enter a room is to find an outlet because I loose the battery. Yesterday on the subway a lady sitting next to me on the subway train was telling her little daughter to stop using her phone (also Skyrocket) because “mammy will end up without battery” Hahaha I guess I am not the only one!
Big screen is good as long as the battery supports it! I can keep going and going on how I hate this phone…

I don’t think any of these are necessarily a good idea.  A lot of people don’t want a large screened phone – thats why there are tablets.  And I agree; I think the iPhone 5 is a good size, maybe a little larger, but I really hope they don’t break the 5 inch parameter.

As with NFC, are people really using it that often?  What benefits does it bring besides the ability to touch the phones? What is wrong with emailing/messaging photos, videos, contacts, locations, etc?

For the average smartphone user, they dont care about NFC or a gargantuan screen.

I really hope Apple is not going to listen to that whole BS about large screens. The screen size should be just right.
      Samsung
Galaxy S3 has a ridiculously large screen and is very inconvenient to operate. Some
people may still like it but I think mostly those are people who have only a
phone and no tablets. I have no problem with the screen size on my iPhone at
all and when I want to read something on a large screen I take my iPad.

NFC has much more value that tapping two phones together.  It provides fast pairing between any devices.  Smart appliances were one of the key focuses at CES.   The ability to pair a smartphone to an appliance without going through the bluetooth pairing process is HUGE.  Content discovery through NFC tags and mobile payments are obviously other big features..   Since I am in Salt Lake City, I use the ISIS Mobile Wallet to pay for movie tickets, public transportation, and regular purchases at any contactless payment location (McDonalds etc).   When mobile wallets allow for micro payments by tapping two phones together then we will see the SQUARE killer.
