Islamabad: Pakistan’s Federal Minister Khursheed Shah on Monday said that the recent attack on Hazara community in Quetta, a metropolitan of Pakistan, is a failure of security agencies.
Talking to media, the federal minister said that the government imposed governor rule in the province on the demand of the Shiite protestors staging a sit-in with more than 100 bodies in Alamdar road area of the city.
“But militants have now also challenged governor rule in the province with more dangerous attack in Kirani road area of the city,” he added.
He further said that the army cannot be summoned in the area as it would perform same duties which were being executed by the Frontier Corps—a part of Pakistan army—in the city.
