Apple’s iPhone 5S is likely to be a replica of iPhone 5 while iPhone 6 will have a 5 inch screen, reports CNET in one of its recent posts.

The CNET has quoted a Chinese Micro-blogging site SINA Tech that Apple’s next generation iPhone will be thinner, wider and longer.

Old Yao, one of user of SINA Tech, reports that one of his friend spotted upcoming iPhone models at an Apple supplier’s office.

“The iPhone 5S resembles the iPhone 5, while the iPhone 6 is wider, longer, and thinner,” Yao added.

This tip could confirm earlier rumours that Apple will release updated version of iPhone 5S somewhere in mid of 2013, may be in June or July. But the expected iPhone 5S will be just a mere updated version except an A7 chip for fast processing and a fingerprint sensor.

A 5 inch iPhone 6 could be the response of Samsung’s Galaxy S series smartphones. The upcoming Galaxy S 4 is likely to have first full AMOLED 4.99 inch screen creating excitement among gadget lovers.

A longer and wider iPhone 6 may be a bid from Apple to cater the need of smartphone users who are getting more and more interested in wider and longer devices.

Thickness of the iPhone is dependent on the thickness of the camera, so unless they manage to get a camera thinner than the one in iPhone 5, no way will the 5S/6 be thinner than 5.
