Islamabad: As thousands of participants of Tahir-ul-Qadri’s long march are sitting at Islamabad, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, Pakistan’s prominent journalist says the long marchers have damaged the beauty of city by using the greenbelt as toilets.

During a special programme on Geo News on Wednesday afternoon, Hamid Mir said that the long marchers were using the greenbelt as toilet and also cutting the trees to get firewood  to overcome the cold.

However, the Tehrik-i-Mihajul Qurran (TMQ) spokesman who was sitting in programme insisted that the participants were not busy in such activities.

Another senior journalist and the host of famous TV programme “Jirga” Saleem Safi also said that the participants were damaging the beauty of the capital.

    Get real !!

What’s more important beauty of Islamabad because people have decided to come out and speak, or current corrupt leader refusing to budge. Zardari has been treating the whole of Pakistan as his personal lavatory for the past 5yrs.Wake up!

Hamid Mir, if you have nothing constructive to say about the countries political situation then keep it shut, why you making an issue about how the women and children that have braved the cold wheather are keeping themselves warm and avoiding hypothermia
