Sana Bucha to host first show on Dunya with ‘Yaqeen’

Islamabad: TV anchor Sana Bucha is all set to appear in her debut talk show, titled ‘Yaqeen’, on Dunya News today.

Bucha, 32, earlier worked for Pakistan’s leading Urdu channel Geo. She resigned from the channel in protest of Geo’s rehiring of controversial TV host Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain.

She rejoined Geo after her issues with the channel were resolved. But she again resigned in November and later joined Dunya News.

According to JournalismPakistan, Bucha resigned after Liaquat was offered to host a special show on Malala Yousufzai, a Pakistani child activist who was shot in the head by the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan in October.
