Islamabad: India has once again reportedly resorted to unprovoked firing at the LoC, killing one Pakistani soldier, intensifying the border dispute between the nuclear-armed countries.
According to the ISPR, the incident occurred at the Tatta Pani sector of Kotli when a Pakistani check-post was reportedly fired upon at 12:40pm (local time), resulting in the death of Hawaldar Mohiuddin.
Sources said that Pakistan Army is returning the fire.
Meanwhile, both the countries have intimated with the United Nations over the incident.
India refutes claim
Indian interior minister, Chadam Baram has refuted the claim of Pakistan that their soldier has been killed in the attack.
