Tahirul Qadri long march: Police to conduct search operation in Islamabad

Islamabad: The federal government of Pakistan is taking every step to bar Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) leader Tahirul Qadri to enter into Islamabad, capital city of Pakistan, along with his long march on January 14, 2012.

According to sources, the local administration has removed all camps of the party in the capital and had directed the police officials to arrest anyone who try to sabotage the peace of the capital.

The police officials were also directed to conduct a search operation in the vicinity of Islamabad and arrest all responsible people who could create unrest in the city.

The administration also imposed ban on wall chalking, banners, posters while raising funds for the long march was also barred.

    Search operation is good but I don’t think to make obstacles in the way of Long Marchers is constitutional.

    Islamabad high court has ruled that this march is within the Constitution of Pakistan and it is the legal right of every citizen to protest!
