Karachi: Bollywood star Juhi Chawla, who is in Pakistan nowadays, did the shopping in Karachi yesterday wearing a burqa.

Chawla came to Pakistan with her husband Jay Mehta a few days back to meet her relatives. She attended a wedding of her close relative in Karachi where a large number of her fans were also present.

Talking on the occasion with guests, she said that she loved to visit Pakistan as its culture is almost the same to that of India.

She said she wanted to see artists of both Pakistan and India to work together for the betterment of the film industry.

In order to avoid being recognised, she went to the markets of Clifton and Tariq Road for shopping clad in a burqa.
