Islamabad: Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik has ordered to lift a blanket ban on motorbikes in the country’s capital Islamabad on Saturday.
However, the ban will remain in effect in sectors F-11 and I-10 of the city.
According to a handout issued on Friday, district administration said the ban was imposed after receiving directions from Interior Ministry amid concerns that militants might target mourning rallies on motorcycles.
