Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday, while hearing a case against US drone strike in Pakistan, issued notice to Pervez Musharraf, the president and army chief.

Two members bench of the PHC heard the petition filed by SM Sabir Advocate against the drone strike. The petitioner, making the Khyber Pakhtookhwas government and Pervez Musharraf party in the case, has pleaded the drone strike are against the country’s sovereignty.
