US drone strike kills 3 in Pakistan’s tribal region

Peshawar: A US drone fired missiles in Pakistan’s northwestern tribal region near Afghan border, killing at least 3 people and injuring several others, sources said on Wednesday.

The sources said that the unmanned aircraft attacked a house in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan agency.

The sources said the drone fired at least two missiles in the area.  Panic gripped the residents of area following the strike .The identities of those who killed were yet to be known.
