Rihanna and Chris Brown reconciling may seem controversial to some but friends say the fact they have got back together means their feelings have “stood the test of time”.
“They’re riding high right now, you feel me, enjoying they lives and happy to be back in each other’s arms,” a source told Hollywoodlife.com.
“It’s true love and it stood the test of time. You know it’s real. It can’t be anything else. They done gone through hell and back together and I’m happy for both of them.”
Friends are confident Chris will not repeat the same mistakes he did before. He beat Rihanna in 2009, leading to their break-up.
The friend added: “I know he cares about Ri a lot. Much more than he has cared about any other girl. But they needed some time a part to let s**t calm down and then when the time was right, they heated up that passion. It’s just taken over them. They really have something special and he will do right by her this time. I know he will.”
Despite all that has happened between them, Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, also insists he would let Chris marry her.
He said: “Whatever makes her happy. I hope one day she will get married. Everyone adores Chris, he’s a super guy.
“The family loved Chris Brown before they met him. I always thought he was extremely talented. He is a good person and always gave me great respect.”
