Dual nationality: Shahbaz Sharif submits affidavit

Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has submitted sworn affidavit to the Punjab Assembly, dismissing charges of holding dual nationality.

He submitted the affidavit to Punjab Assembly’s Secretary Maqsood Ahmed on Wednesday.

The chief minister said all the allegations about he was holing dual nationality were lies.

He said that he had been loyal to Pakistan and that he would live and die for the county.

Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz had accused Shahbaz Sharif of holding dual nationality and claimed that he would prove his claim.

Whether Naadm.e.Aala has
dual nationality or not, ask him about his foreign accounts of billions. He is
worst than a dual national, for a dual national does not steal public money and
deposit it in foreign accounts like Shehbaz Sharif.The assets of Chief Minister
Mian Shahbaz Sharif, one of the richest members of the Punjab
Assembly, have increased by Rs. 69.19 million to Rs. 315.78 million in one year
from Rs. 246.59 million, while his liabilities have declined to Rs 105.35
million from Rs 152.26 million. Just have look at the assets of Khadm-e-Alla,
Ghareebon k Khadim. To hell with such a Khadim who by
plundering looting and grabbing national money. To hell with his two
face policies, his claims and steps that are just a cover to hide his
corruption. I want to ask, has he Allah Din lamp that just in one year his
assets increased by 74 million just in 12 months. Please open up your
eyes; he is no less than others.
