Sargodha: The University of Sargodha, one of the most significant universities in Pakistan, will hold a “National Urdu Conference” on October 04 (Thursday).
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akram Chaudhary, the Vice Chancellor of the university, said, “The Urdu language and literature have great relevance with journalism….To achieve a great success in different fields of the economy and the sciences one should have access to knowledge in national language.”
The VC stressed the need to implement the national language in all fields of life in the country. “It is also constitutional provision which we are neglecting since 1988,” he said during a press conference.
