Two student teams from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) have made it to the finals of the International Finance Competition – “What is out there?”

The event has been organised by Social Impact Finance- A Project by SCIEF and IE, one of the top 10 business schools of the world.

The LUMS teams are the only ones representing Pakistan in this international competition.

The two teams comprise students from the undergraduate class of 2013. Team 1 includes, Nausher Ahmed as team leader and members Haris Muzaffar, Haris Ajmal, Bazil and Raza Inam. Team 2 is being led by Nabeel Muhammad and the members include Taimur Akhtar, Arsh Kumar, Arsalan Anwar and Taimur Rizvi .

One member from each team has been invited to visit Madrid to attend a conference arranged by SCIEF and IE. Nabeel Muhammad and Nausher Ahmad will be representing their respective teams and LUMS at this conference.

The LUMS teams are one of the top 11 who qualified for the final, competing with more than 60 teams from all over the world.
