Lahore: Life got badly disturbed after heavy rain and thunderstorm in Lahore as its roads and streets wear look of a lake with water entering in houses.

For last two days, rain is continuously lashing the Punjab Capital disturbing lives of people.  Traffic jam was seen on Canal road, Mal road, Ferozepur, Band road, Multan road, Railway Station and Lakshmi Chawk after heavy downpour. Vehicle owners were also irritated by waterlog underpasses of the city.

Knee-deep water could be seen in areas like Batapur, Mugalpura, Harbanspura, Duban Pura, Dharampura, Ichhara, Samanabad, Johar town and in other areas.

Met office predicts more rain in Lahore and in its surroundings.
