Family of four dies as bus hit motorcycle in Karachi

Karachi: Four people including children and woman were killed when a passenger bus struck a motorcycle in Karachi on Sunday.

Rescue sources said that the incident took place at Super Highway when a speedy bus hit a motorcycle, killing three people including two children and man and injuring his wife.

Edhi’s rescue team rushed to spot but a woman succumbed to her injuries while shifting to hospital.

“The driver of the bus fled the scene soon after the incident,” they added.

It was a family of 3 on the motorcycle that got struck by the bus. The 4rth kid a 23 year old young man was travelling with his father on the opposite direction of the highway on a motorcycle. Upon spotting the accident he stopped the motorcycle and left it with his father and ran to help the child under the bus. While he was under the bus and trying to help the child in the famly of 3, the bus was reversed by the bus driver and killed the 23yr old on the spot. The 23yr old was my cousin Zubair.
