Lahore: Following to footsteps of Indian Hockey Federation (IHF), Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has decided to organise hockey league in the country.
“PHF will organise a hockey league like India in the country from next year,” a report quoted Asif Bajwa, the Secretary PHF, as saying.
Bajwa said that the league would boot the confidence of local players, adding that the league will be organised in the end of 2013.
“International players will also be invited to play in the league,” the secretary added.
