Quetta: At least one person was killed and seven others injured after a blast ripped through a hotel in Joint road area of Quetta, a metropolitan of Pakistan.
According to sources, the hotel was badly damaged by the blast. The body and injured were shifted to a local hospital in Quetta.
The police and law enforcement authorities cordoned-off the area in order to collect evidence from the spot.
It is to be mentioned here that several incidents of violence had occurred on Joint road, Quetta, but the authorities have failed to counter the terror elements.
