Lahore: Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) President Javed Hashmi Wednesday said that the incumbent government was waging a battle against judiciary but ‘our party would foil every anti-judiciary conspiracy’.
Addressing a gathering at an Iftar-dinner hosted in his honour in Lahore, the PTI president said that the all eyes were on Lahore and called upon the Lahoreites to stand up for bringing about a change.
He described the coming era as one of hope and opportunities.
“The time has come for the ruling plunderers to make an exit,” he maintained, adding support Imran Khan if the country is to be saved.
It is to be mentioned here that the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday issued show cause notice for contempt to Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf in NRO implementation and directed him to appear before the apex court personally on August 27.
